Reserve a whole table with friends & family, or buy individual tickets. Table positions in the restaurant are arranged by the organizers — booking a full table is how you choose who you sit with.
All 10 seats together. One person pays — each guest can still get their own tax receipt.
First come, first served — we seat your group together at a shared table.
Choose a quantity — the organizers arrange the table layout.
Tell us about you, then add a name for each seat. Your seats are held for 20:00.
Every seat needs a guest name, and it must match that guest's government ID — both are checked together at the door. Don't know everyone yet? Leave a seat blank for now and add the name from your manage link — all names are locked 48 hours before the event. Add a preferred name if a guest goes by something different at the banquet. Mark a guest as the tax recipient for their seat (with their email & address) and they'll get their own receipt — otherwise it goes to the payer.
Confirm your order and complete payment securely.
One ticket per seat — show the QR at the door.
Plans changed? Add guest names, transfer a ticket to anyone, or update who gets each tax receipt — the records update automatically. Seating arrangements are handled by the organizers.
Can't attend, or want to give a little more? Donations are 100% tax-receiptable — no dinner value is deducted, and no seats are reserved. Planners match table and family sponsorships privately.
Everything reconciles itself, live — tickets, seating, transfers, and receipts.

Searchable, always current. Jump to the seat manager, or re-issue a receipt if an email was wrong.
Every ticket hand-off, captured automatically with the receipt reissued.
Send updates or reminders to guests by email — everyone, a section, or a single table. Or arm a template once and let it send itself relative to the event date, year after year.
“Use now” fills the form below · “Auto-send” schedules it relative to the event date.
Every year is retained for tax audits — totals, receipts, and eligible amounts in one place. Download the full archive after each event as your manual backup.
Taking a registration at the desk or over the phone? Use Guest booking — it's the same flow guests use online, so it captures the payer's details once and issues a single consolidated tax receipt for the whole family. Each additional guest can opt into their own receipt if they need one. It takes card, cash, e-transfer, or a hold — cash & e-transfer seats are held for 48 hours until payment arrives, then confirmed here.
Each hold auto-releases after 48 hours if not confirmed. Confirm once the money arrives to issue the ticket and receipt.
Receipts stay as drafts while sales are open — they update themselves through every transfer and seat change. After the event, the finance team reviews, approves and locks the year; only then are official receipts generated and sent in one batch. No voids, no duplicates, audit-clean.
Scan tickets at the door, run self-serve kiosks, or search the alphabetical list — built for 500+ guests, with offline backups for contingency. 🪪 Every guest shows photo ID with their ticket — the names must match (July 15 call).
Run this before the finance team locks receipts: every seat needs a name, every receipt needs a recipient. Possible duplicates are flagged, never blocked — two parishioners can share a name (different address usually means different people).
Basic tracking for this event — and the baseline next year's planners will thank you for.
Everything here flows straight to the public site, tickets, and tax receipts. highlighted values are placeholders — please confirm them before going live.

The Event-planning area requires a staff PIN, so guests can't reach it. The administrator sets a PIN for every role below.
As administrator you set a PIN per user group. Each role signs in with its own PIN and only sees its own tabs — a check-in volunteer never sees finances. Try it: sign out and sign back in with one of these PINs.

The Event-planning area is for coordinators only. Enter your staff PIN.
